When we decided to bring in Alphabase after trying numerous other suppliers, Alphabase gave us straightforward, jargon-free advice and a great deal. After sales support has been exceptional, and has helped ensure that our productivity has increased in the way we were promised it would. It's nice to find someone who cares about their customers. Alphabase consistently deliver a quality of service that has never been matched by other companies. This is in terms of support and IT foresight. When making large purchases we are obliged to carry out a tendering process. Alphabase inevitably seem to be able to better their rivals for both Mac and PC equipment, as well as installation and customer care.

We were spending the better part of £9,000 per year with a leased line company, which did in fact give us very good service. Alphabase gave us the most competitive rates and cut our cost by 70% with a broadband connection, which has performed without a hitch since we started. We depend on a constant flow of Internet access given our travel business and we have not yet been disappointed with Alphabase's service. I would also like to say that they were particularly swift in switching over our service so as not to interrupt our Internet connection at all. One very major added value to Alphabase's service is that we are now able to receive our Outlook emails from a remote site anywhere in the world, which is of tremendous value to us since we travel a great deal on business.
