Since our inception, Alpha Base Systems have had a philosophy of providing IT solutions that put you, our customer, first before all other considerations. It was with this in mind that we created our Remote NetBoot facilities to allow us to remotely service your computer equipment and keep it running smoothly with the aim of detecting problems before they occur. We have continually invested in all departments to ensure we have sufficient capacity both in terms of technology and human resource to cope with anything you and your network may throw at us to ensure minimal downtime for your business.

With our on-going expansion of services and staff, we have simply reached the stage where we have outgrown our present offices and are relocating to purpose built offices on the outskirts of Canterbury. This will enable us to continue to serve our contract customers with the best possible response times and ensuring our hardware servicing team have the space to effect repairs in the swiftest possible time for both contract and end-user customers.
